FAQ's
I try and answer some common questions here. If you don't find your question here please feel free to contact me and I will respond within 24 hours.
Do you ship International? TOP
I do. Due to some recent changes and happenings I now have 3 different choices listed. If none of these work for you please email and I can invoice you separately for shipping. :)
First Class International: This is the cheapest option, but the least protected. I am unable to add D/C to First class packages and therefore once it leaves my hands at the Post Office we have no guarantee of how long it will take to get to you.
First Class Registered: Adding registered mail protection to the package puts it at the top of the list as far as security coming from the US. It is also supposed to provide up to $25K in protection and make available the date and time of delivery and all delivery attempts. But it costs to be made a priority to the USPS. ;)
Priority Mail International: Previously the only option I had listed, but I have recently found out that it doesn't actually provide D/C or insurance like I had previously believed. If you would like to get your package within 6-10 days (according to USPS), then this would be your option.
If you would like to have it shipped Priority International REGISTERED please email me and I can invoice you the additional amount, $12. This is the safest and quickest method, but by far the most costly.

What is the turn around time? TOP
I aim to ship all orders within 7-10 days of receiving payment, measurements, details (and fabric if applicable). This may change as my first
priority is to be a mama, and a pregnant one at that currently! If you would like a more accurate estimate at the time of your order please contact me. I always do my best to work with you on meeting vacation and birthday deadlines! :)
Am I limited to the fabrics listed as instock? TOP
No. These are just what I currently have on hand. However, these are
custom carriers, and I want you to love it, which means you need to
love the fabric. Feel free to email me links to fabrics you like, or
email what you are looking for and I will do my best to find it.
What form of payments do you accept? TOP
I mainly do payments through Paypal, which accepts all major credit cards. I am also willing to accept checks/money orders with the understanding that your product is not started until payment has cleared.
