Open it up and inside you have slots for markers (or toddler crayons), crayons and/or chalk, and colored pencils/skinny markers or pens and pencils.  Keep everything together in one place with no boxes to get ruined and disorganized.  Small enough to be perfect for travel without having to compromise on what comes.
