Cocoa Garden Size 25 DUO with toy loop

Size 25 generally fits someone who wears a small or small/medium shirt. It is the same size as Beco's OBI size 1 as well. Comes with a matching toy loop. These are carriers that have been returned due to incorrect sizing.  All carriers are required to be returned within 2 weeks of receiving them, so before any heavy use, and then are cleaned by me upon arrival and inspected.  Everything is first quality, just simply a returned item that I would like to move out of my house into one that can use it.
