Order production is started almost immediately upon receipt.  Please email with any questions or concerns before placing your order.  Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full, immediate refund.  If your order has already shipped (beyond the first 24 hours) you will be responsible for return shipping and will be refunded your total MINUS shipping. Please do not just send items back, they will not be accepted without a return authorization. 


All carriers in new, unwashed, odor-free condition may be submitted for a remake within 14 days of receipt. If you are pregnant or adopting, the return period will begin when your baby arrives.

I want you to LOVE your carrier! Please contact me before returning an item so that we can trouble-shoot if necessary. If the carrier just isn't working for you, please get a return authorization from me before sending it back.

You are responsible for return shipping and I will refund your original purchase price minus shipping charges (even if the initial shipping was free). I reserve the right to refuse a return or to charge a restocking fee of up to $10 of the item's cost if the item is not in new, unwashed, odor-free, sellable condition. Items that are dirty or have been washed, smell of smoke, perfume, or laundry detergent/softener, or that have excessive lint or pet hair on them will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

If upon receiving your carrier you feel it is either too big or too small please email immediately with a photo of you wearing it. If it is determined to in fact be made off of a wrong measurement a new one can be made for you. 

There is a charge of up to $10 and shipping to and from is your responsibility. 

This policy is to encourage extra time to be taken on the initial measurement as to prevent a remake. My goal is always to create a carrier that fits perfectly and is comfortable for baby and mama, but since I am unable to personally measure every client, I have to rely on the information provided by you.
